SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS

All the scholarship applicants are ranked on a point system that is composed of Academic achievement (40%), Order of Merit (30%), Competitive Golf (15%) and Non-Academic, Non-Golf (15%). 

 

DONATION PROGRAMS

The CSGA ‘s donations also go into the 1st Tee Program. Developed in conjunction with the PGA of Canada and Physical Health Education (PHE) Canada, the learning resource now incorporates Life Skills into the curriculum, placing added focus on transferrable skills both on and off the golf course.   The  CSGA is proud to be  part of this program that  is helping to develop a passion for golf in the next generation of young golfers. 

       

We feel there is a long way to go but Golf Canada and the Foundation are on the right track and I am pleased the Canadian Seniors’ Golf Association is supporting it.
