Our Eastern Ontario Quebec Satellite will be held on Monday, July 8th and Tuesday July 9th at Beaconsfield and Whitlock Golf Clubs. Entry will close on Monday, July 1st at 9 p.m. EST.
A few days before the event under the 'pairings' menu you will find the tee sheets for both days as well as a list of all players. Please click course details for more information on the host clubs.
There will be two days of better ball team matches for the Ontario Quebec Regional Trophy. In addition there will be prize(s) for individual gross and net scores.
Format of Play
Two man teams match play. Entry is limited to 80 players.
Costs and what is included:
Cost per person is $499 (including all taxes and gratuities) includes:
- Golf and cart for 2 rounds
- Cocktail reception, wine or beer and three course dinner on Monday night
- Continental buffet breakfast Tuesday Morning
- Drink ticket on course on Tuesday
- Lunch buffet Tuesday
- Prizes
- Lockers, showers, range and balls are available at both clubs
Payment Options:
- Pay online with credit card. A 3% credit processing fee will apply if paid by credit card. To avoid paying by credit card simply tick 'skip payment' when registering.

1:00 p.m. shotgun start
5:30 p.m. Cocktail reception, wine or beer (2 drink tickets)
6:15 p.m. Three course dinner (attire is country club casual, jackets preferred, no shorts)
Tuesday, July 9th - Whitlock
7:00 a.m.- 8:15 a.m. Continental buffet breakfast
8:30 a.m. Shotgun Start (Drink ticket on the course)
1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Luncheon and prizes
Accommodations:
We recommend the Holiday Inn Express. No special rates have been arranged but they do offer CAA members rate. The Tournament committee recommends that hotel stays/overnights should be at Vaudreuil Dorion or West of in order to avoid long traffic delays across the 40 bridge reconstruction.
